Freggio is a body of photographic artwork built around a single obsession: The pursuit of an impossible beauty. Each work presents a figure in handmade original costume, constructed from vintage Japanese obi fabric, metallic leaf, and found materials, and places them in a world that exists somewhere between Sci-Fi, Anime, and the classical Japanese textile tradition. No digital effects. No shortcuts. Every detail made by hand.
